Instead of going with elegant and gorgeous like Joan did for this challenge, I ended up going with Fun and Funky and Clean and Simple. I stamped the banner on several sheets of patterned paper and cut them out, then added some punched flowers to the centers. The kitty is paper pieced and he's sitting on a rolling hill cut from more patterned paper. All stamps are from Rogue Redhead Designs.

OMG, Holly...this is sooo cute!!!! I love all the pretty papers you used for the banner and what a great idea to add the flowers and bling!!! Love the adorable kitty and the rolling hills, too!!!!
